TC-750L Automatic Window Patching Machine with Corner Chamfer and
Crease Function (V-cut) is the latest model introduced to the
market. The whole machine is equipped with 7-10 servo motors and
8-10 stepping motors, and the full digital control function only
needs to fine-tune the parameters during operation. It has the
function of memory and preservation of customer order files.
One-click adjustment of duplicate products or replacement orders,
the fastest adjustment time is 10 minutes. Optional online
diagnosis control function. This machine can realize double
pressure cutting, automatic gluing and film sticking. It also has
functions such as multi-sensor detection at each station, real-time
monitoring of running status, and abnormal deceleration alarm.

 | 2. Feeding
The paper feeding part is controlled by a servo motor, the paper
pile moves intermittently during the feeding process, the belt has
a long service life, and the paper products are processed to the
conveying part in a smooth and orderly manner. Great for cardboard
and corrugated paper. |
 | 3. Conveying Parts
Double paper servo control
The paper feeding part is equipped with four conveyor chains and
four push blocks, which can be adjusted according to the shape of
the paper. It is equipped with 4 photoelectric sensors to detect
paper arrival, counting, jam detection. |
 | 4. Gluing Parts
The gluing part adopts an adjustable part gluing structure, which
is easy to adjust according to the paper requirements and the
gluing position, saves the gluing amount, and the gluing part is
easy to pull out and clean. The gluing roller stops gluing when the
machine stops. And the conveying parts fall down automatically, and
it is not easy to print on the conveying belt by gluing. |
 | 5. Double gluing system
The upper roller is the film cutting roller, with two blades, one
upper blade and one lower blade, the lower roller is the suction
roller after the film is cut, and the film is placed on the suction
roller to adjust the servo film. |
 | 6. Paper Delivery parts
The repair product is delivered to the paper feed tray to complete
the stacking and delivery of the paper.

A: One year. After the warranty, we still provide technical support
to buyer at low cost.

A: 35-50days after deposit.

A: Yes, just give us destination sea port or container yard.
Q6. Does the packing strong?
A: Yes. Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is
suitable for long-distance road transportation and various types of
weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation manuals
is included.
Q7. How about the machine installation and training?
A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send
technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and
training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations,
plus each technician charges USD100/per day.
Q8. Do you have machines in stock?
A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For
special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.
Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before
delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will
give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine
before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test
running, you need to pay for the cost of the material
Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery.
Also accept payment by West Union or L/C at sight.
