TC-1050L window sticking machine is widely used to stick
transparent film on the windows of various paper boxes, such as
tissue boxes, medicine boxes, shirt boxes, etc. The machine
consists of five units: paper feeding unit, positioning adjustment
unit, film sticking unit, conveying unit and gluing unit. Equipped
with heavy-duty steel structure to ensure high stability and
reliable operation of the machine.

 | Paper Feeding Section: The paper feeding belt of the machine adopts the Japanese brand
Nita, which solves the problem of unsmooth paper feeding in UV
printing. The paper feeding is realized by the bottom belt with
vacuum adsorption function. Driven by a servo motor, it can switch
between multiple feeding modes. |
 | Paper Transmission Correcting Rail: Tracks with self-locking linear bearings slide freely. It replaces
the traditional slow screw-drive handshake adjustment. The chain
track is made of polymer nylon material, which is wear-resistant
and low-noise. The deviation correction pin is driven by a servo
motor alone. |
 | Gluing Section: The glue roller is made of 304 stainless steel, which has strong
corrosion resistance and is easy to clean.
Horizontal and vertical gluing model rollers are driven by servo
motors and can be adjusted in both directions just stop. The gluing part has an automatic lifting function. Avoid glue
contacting the belt reduce the trouble of frequent downtime for
cleaning due to paper shortage. |
 | Film Patching Section: The cross-cutting knife is driven by a servo motor, and the cutting
angle is controlled with high precision. Compared with the
traditional drum drive, it has the advantages of low noise, fast
speed and controllable angle. Roller adsorption continuous pasting
is faster than traditional intermittent pasting and requires less
film. The film roll is driven by a servo motor alone, and the film
position can be adjusted freely when the machine is running. |

A: 1) We provide training in our factory for free; 2) We can send
technicians (engineers) to your factory for installation and
training. You shall pay round trip air fare and accommodations,
plus each technician charges USD100/per day.

A: For standard model, we have a large quantity in stock.For
special model,we need 20-30 days to produce for you.
Q9. How can you assure the machines' quality?
A: Each machine will be test running at least 24 hours before
delivery to assure the quality. And during the warranty, we will
give spare parts for free if machine has any problem.
Q10. Do you inspect machines or test running before packing?
A: Of course we do. We have QC department to debug the machine
before packing. If you want to use specific material to do the test
running, you need to pay for the cost of the material
Q11. What's the payment term?
A: T/T 30% in advance, the balance shall be paid before delivery.
