Manual die cutting and creasing machine
The electrical control of the machine is divided into two kinds:
1. Operation control for the working function.
2. Safety protection control.
The operational control of the machine's working functions is
concentrated in the "control box", which is suspended in front of
the machine. Turn on the power knob and the red indicator light is
on, indicating that the control circuit is on standby. Press the
start button, the green indicator lights up, and the motor drags
the flywheel to run.
Press the indentation button, and the yellow indicator light is on,
indicating that the electromagnetic clutch is energized and the
pressure frame is running. The switch above the left hand handle in
parallel with the cutting button starts the cutting, and the total
stop is convenient for workers to operate. Press the stop button,
the motor, electromagnetic clutch power off, clutch armature off,
brake back to standby state.
The knob with two gears is used to select cutting mode, CONT is
continuous cutting. Press the frame for continuous, intermittent
work. DELAY is to open the DELAY time, the press for work
operation, in the open position will be retained by the preset
DELAY time.
