Product Description
* The casting is HT250 grey cast iron, and then after annealing
treatment to achieve the casting (including the fuselage, pressure
frame, etc.) is not easy to deformation, fracture.
* The spindle adopts four phosphorus chromium steel, after
quenching and tempering treatment to improve the strength,
rigidity, hardness of the spindle to achieve the effect of not easy
deformation.
* The gear of the main part is made of chromite steel, which is
treated by quenching and tempering.
* The guide rail lining board of the machine is 38
chromium-molybdenum-aluminum, after nitriding treatment, strengthen
hardness, not easy to wear, can make the pressure of the machine up
and down for a long time to maintain balance and stability.
* Single - disc electromagnetic clutch is sensitive and reliable.
* Single pressure, continuous cutting and open delay three
functions, the delay range can be adjusted at will.
* Transmission connecting rod (pull arm) is made of ductile cast
iron, with high strength and toughness and strong tensile
resistance.
* Manual refueling, centralized refueling (optional) lubrication
system, can better ensure the smooth oil road, lubrication system
maintenance is more convenient.
* The driving part shaft sleeve adopts compound copper sleeve
(ensure lubrication). The precision of the machine is higher.
Indentation plate using 201# stainless steel plate.
* The electrical appliances of the machine are imported from China
delixi and Snade (exported from LG and Siemens)
* Hand clap triangle limit switch, emergency stop switch, hand push
rod limit switch, three safety devices to ensure safety.
* Can be installed inside and outside the movable plate frame,
plate installation (standard is external movable plate frame)
